Exercise - Day 3

Saturday, September 05, 2009

I did five minutes of walking with my dogs. That five minutes seemed to last forever. I am very tired as I didn't sleep well last night. My fasting blood sugar was 115 this morning. I am hoping that my energy will pick up a little bit as the day goes along.

My exercise today was a loooooooong list of chores! I just asked my husband to rub my shoulders, or angel wings as we call them, and I got nauseated it hurt so much. I know it wasn't just the extra housework but also because I'm driving bus again since school started. I think ALL efforts to keep moving should be applauded......so YEAH way to go Barbie! emoticon

I'm planning on getting in a walk with my husband and dog tomorrow. I have Monday off but no plans yet. Since it's begun to rain again we're looking into treadmills. I do love the exercises here on the site, plus the walking video's on the exercise portion of my cable channels.

Remember all, ANY movement is great! Keep up the great work everyone, I'm so proud of all of you!

    God bless,
    Colleen

Well done Barbie, you're doing great. Just do as much as you can. Everyone needs rest too, it is something that we cannot do without! That's how God designed it...day and night. Keep track of your food intake, watch potions and exercise as much as you cam and REST and you will reach your goal weight! emoticon emoticon emoticon Dorcas. God bless.
