Gratitude and Motivation

Today I wish to say thank you. Thank you to my daughter in law for continuously cheering me on and noticing constantly that I am taking off unwanted poundage. You keep me motivated to continue.
Thank you to the spark people that have responded to my blogs and posted their own so I can read and sometimes be inspired by them. You help me on my journey.
Thank you to my friend Wil, who tells me how proud he is that I am and have done so well. He knows and works with my husband, so he understands I get no positive affirmation there.
Thank you to my friend Jean, for constantly supporting my efforts. I am truly grateful.
Most of all, thank you to a very dear sweet man, my very best friend, Dion. You struggle your way through this with me, am proud of my accomplishment, as I am of yours, You are wonderful and I cherish you greatly.
Thank you to my brother David, for always supporting me, talking and sharing tricks and tips with me on working out. We both know what we are doing and how to overcome our difficulties
These are the most encouraging people in my life. My support line. I am truly grateful to have them all as part of my life. Their encouraging ways keep me motivated to push myself harder, to feel better, and to do more. They amaze me. I love you all very much, Thank You from the bottom of my heart.
