Well, what to say. On the plus side have been exercising, on the minus side seem to keep going over despite planning healthy snacks and am always way over on my fat and struggling to get protein. Eggs, tofu and nuts just seem to bring in the fat. I guess vegetables are the answer.
People have complimented me on my weight loss, which is positive, but also makes me feel guilty for not doing as well as I was a month ago.
Also realized that it is sort of dangerous mentality for me now as am trying a bit too hard to be perfect. Perfect at work, perfect at fitness, perfect with food.
