Day 3

Wednesdays are my rough day. I work 6am-2pm, then I drive to Orlando (45 minutes away) for school from 3-415, and I drive back to the Cocoa campus for class from 6pm-850, so I will most likely blog for this day on Thursday mornings.

Here is my results from today:

ALLOWED CALORIES (1200-1550) 1824 calories consumed (next time I need to pick a sandwhich not on garlic toast.)
ALLOWED CARBS (163-236) 204 carbs consumed
ALLOWED FAT (32-56) 80 grams of fat consumed
ALLOWED PROTEIN (60-127) 112 consumed


None besides walking to my classes, but it was raining all day.
