The key to the success you seek
When’s the last time you did something and thought to yourself, “Wow, I really did a great job!”? When was the last time you really showed yourself some love?
Much of what you achieve in your life is fueled by self-respect as well as acknowledging the things you do well. Not only does constant self-ridicule lower your self-esteem, but it also sends a negative message to all of the people you interact with.
The point is, don’t be negative. Find reasons to love and appreciate yourself. Find one thing you’ve done right lately and compliment yourself on it. You don’t have to drink a bottle of champagne or anything. You just have to realize that you have a lot to offer and that you deserve credit when it’s due.
Every little thing you do in your life, from weight loss, to raising children, to starting a new career requires some sort of determination. And in order to be a determined self, you have to actually think you’re worth it.
Learn to love yourself. That is truly the key to success in life!
