Praise to the Lord!

I started with 30 minutes on the bike this morning and stretching. Walked during breaks and lunch. When I got off from work I was hurting and limping. Went to water class-got to get on the water cycle. The teacher let me go for about 20 minutes. Then I got in the hot tub. After a shower-I was no longer in pain or limping!!
