I vow to get up and walk every day this week before work...even if it is only for 15 minutes.
I vow to drink at least 64 ounces of water this week.
I vow to make more of an effort to eat smaller portions and not to eat too late.
I vow to eat more fruit this week.
I vow to be careful of what I eat at the Biker Bash.
