Wow...almost went over the top today...

Of course, lunch was just a guesstimate - went out for Thai food and had ginger tofu. Only ate about 1/2 the rice, most of the sauce stayed on the plate, and had it with tofu. I ate all the veggies, but still, the tofu added a lot of calories. Likely, what I tracked was more than what I ate, but still...it's pretty high. But well worth it, except there was something in it my body didn't like too much, so I don't know that I'll be going back there anytime soon!

Of course, since I went out for lunch I wasn't able to take my afternoon walk. On the bright side, JP did agree to let me walk at Battlepoint Park today - it's a 1.53 mile walk, so that got my 30 minutes of cardio done, pushing his stroller and walking a 20 minute mile isn't too bad! Still, today was cutting it close...but enjoyable nonetheless!

Tomorrow will be back on track - I have my lunches all set out for the week, I've got my breakfasts down to two or three basic meals I alternate between (smoothie, veggie sausage breakfast sandwich, or yogurt parfait). Dinners are the only real question meal because by the end of the day, I never know what I'll feel like eating, much less cooking (or heating up). It's my smallest meal, so I don't fuss too much about it - just trying to keep it healthy!

Tomorrow's walk should be good, too - going to try to hit the 17 minute mile marker again and go downtown and back again.
