Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Finish with 5 minute cool down walk. Total workout 30 minutes.
The workout went better than I thought it would. Its been too long since I ran. I've never really liked to run but I know its something that will help get me back where I need to be. Maybe if I keep telling myself I LIKE TO RUN it'll happen.
