PRISM Phase 1- Day 1

Nope! Not every day will I post, but throughout I will... I need a place to journal and to be accountable and this is it.

I was talking to hubby and his friend yesterday about how I needed to do PRISM phase 1 again to get myself back to level and on the way home I thought I should just do it. Without any planning as far as meals, etc. I am starting today. I went to the store last night and picked up a bunch of fruit, etc. and made rice this morning so I'll do rice and beans for lunch with fruit and perhaps chicken for supper.

This means I am writing my food down again- not sure if I'll journal it online or not- but writing it down in my binder anyway.

I am a bit nervous. No planning, no warning, just here I am... Excited, but scared. Third time's a charm, right? emoticon emoticon
