Well, not much to report. I guess I've noticed that I eat less and exercise more because of SP, even though I'm going over my calories pretty regularly. On Friday I was under, until friends came over with for boardgames, then the wine and chips and dip put me over. But I know before SP I thought it would be a real struggle to get to 2500 calories a day. Now 2500 calories a day is a bad day for me so I think that's progress.
I'm starting back at work tomorrow, so hopefully the routine will help. Also, we ordered a weight bench, because I'm finding it tough to get my weight training in. Up at 6 every morning and cardio and weights on alternate days. Here goes!
