Epiphany! One of my excuses has been not enough time--today I checked out "other goals" in sparkpeople and found a goal of how many crunches to do in one minute.
I realized then it actually only takes 1 minute to do 10 crunches and find that VERY encouraging!!
SparkGuy, Team Captains, Fellow Participants :) By giving your encouragement and sharing your efforts and achievements, you have shown me that even small goals done many times do work and that plans will focus my energy. I will use that knowledge to have courage in the long run, not only in weight loss, but other important ways too!
