tomorrow is week 5 of keeping a food & exercise journal, and i must say... wow. i'm doing awesome. i feel amazing. i can already notice so many changes, and i LOVE it!!! i got on the scale the other day and i was down 2 lbs, so that was cool... however, it was the week before my period, so i'm thinking, in the next 2 weeks, i'll really start to see the pounds drop. i'm really proud of myself for being so consistent, dedicated, honest, and for training hard. i'm stepping out of my comfort zone and it feels exciting. seriously, i think training legs was one of the most genius ideas i've ever set into motion for myself. LOL. i can tell that my body is working WITH me, not against me, and it has me pumped... i feel great. anyway, i just wanted to get a quick blog in. you know. lol. have a powerful week!
