I AM DOING FINE FOR THE SUMMER

emoticon emoticonI am just so happy for all my friend's here on Sparkpeople. I didn't know how many I had until it was my Birthday on August 13th. I had so many message's. I want to thank everyone for the happy birthday wishes. I appreciate you all for your support and friendship. My summer has been really strange, ever since It has started I have had no appetite. I only drink diet soda. Which is not a good thing, I am eating alot more fruit, but this seems to be all that I want. I have had no appetite for the past 3 months. It is so strange, I hope that this continue's? But, who know's, I have to cook though, cause my 3 son's live with me, 22,19, & 16 yrs. of age. So, there's got to be alot of food in the house. I have to shop constantly. I am doing really well, with my motivation and support and my new place, things couldn't be better. I am so happy today and everyday!( I forgot to say I am eating other's foods beside's the fruits and things? I am forcing myself to eat, because I'm not motivated to eat, and I'm taking vitamin's and supplements. DON'T WORRY I AM EATING EVERYDAY, I JUST SAID I AM NOT HUNGRY, BUT I DO FORCE MYSELF TO EAT. EVERY SINGLE DAY! )

    Like others have said, you do need to meet your daily needs-- grains, dairy, protein, oils and get that water in as well-- you need hydration and diet soda is ok in small amounts but not as a steady diet.. So glad you are deeling good!

    I think it's great that your feeling so good........... emoticon eating just fruits is ok for a short time........ but you will need to put more then that into your body........ if you want to lose weight and keep it off............ emoticon I wish you all the luck.........Keep having a wonderful summer....... and every other day... emoticon

    way to go on eating tons of fruit, but I agree with the other comments -- make sure you're meeting all of your guidelines so you don't force your body into starvation mode. I've started having protein shakes to make sure I get enough -- I throw bananas and strawberries in mine. Keep up the awesome job!

    I'm also glad your summer is going well, but I agree that you need to ensure that you're eating enough to stay nourished. Fruits and vegetables are great choices. Be sure you get your protein too. Best wishes for continued success as we go into the fall season.

    emoticon I'm glad to hear you're having a great summer:) Even though you may not be hungry make sure you're meeting your nutritional needs. We wouldn't want your body to go in starvation mode. I'm proud of you for eating more fruit.
