I think I'm back.

I have been away all summer. Got WAY off track & have done zero exercise and certainly have not been eating healthy! So- I am going to go slow. I know I have to start walking again. But i will start slowly. I also need to plan to eat healthier foods- day at a time :)

    I know. I was gone for almost a whole year. It is a horrible feeling but I cannot give into the feelings of failure and I must push forward. I must realize that one day at a time really is the key to this for me. I have such negative thoughts working against me that I have to struggle to stay on track. I wish you the best of luck.

    Well done - I think hols are the pits. You undo some of the good habits. I can't wait to get back into routine as well. Good luck.
