My surprise fittness levels!

When I started riding my inside bike ( just about this time last year) I averaged 10~14 mph and after 5 min I was whooped, but would force myself to push to 10 min. I did manage 60 min once at probably 11 mph and could barely walk the next day. This week I was surprised to find that my average speed is now 16~19 mph and I can ride comfortably for 30 min. I get about 3 miles every 10 minutes now as opposed to 1 1/2~2 every 10 min just few months ago. I plan to get in at least 20 min a day from now on as it is great exercise, and I can do it in the cold wet months. I am amazed at how much more stamina I have now and how good I normally feel. I am not to my goal wt yet but know I will get there and be a whole lot healthier when I do.
