Psyching up for the weekend

Having looked at my nutrition log for the past few weekends, weekends are apparently fraught with opportunities for wagon falling off of.

This weekend I'll at least focus on getting 8 glasses of water a day; I noticed that in addition to way more fat that usual, I have significantly less water. Once I get the water thing down, I'll add another goal for the weekend. Last one was to eat a healthy breakfast and have been doing that consistently for several months.
