Staying on track for LIFE

I know that if I stay on track I will get used to doing what is good for my health. There will come a time when I won't have to think about what I have to do I will be so accustomed to doing what's right it will be second nature to me. LIke SP says often "it will be a life style." Then maintenance won't become a problem. I choose to learn from my mistakes, and not stay in negative self talk. All we can do is just pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and fill in the blanks with the good stuff. It is what it is, "A Journey" sometimes it takes a little time to get where we are going. We choose to drive lots of miles on vacation and we do it if we expect to get there. It's the same with any REAL decisions we make in our lives. All we can do is stay on the path until we get there. A little prayer, encouragement from friends and treating (yourself) right is all the journey needs. Finish the race, it's worth the journey. emoticon
