Well, yesterday after posting that I was in my range, I ate another bag of gummy bears and went about 700 calories over. But today I ate the last of the gummy bears and was quite a bit lower than usual. Crazy Plates has an awesome pea soup recipe that is low in calories and high in protein.

    Fortunately you can't buy the gummy bears where I live so that threat has passed. But you're right, I do need to get more serious about limiting the treats.

    Sounds like you need to get into the habit of only bringing healthy food home. Too much temptation to have a huge bag of snacks around -too easy to eat the whole thing! Exercise doesn't have to be boring! If you are interested in any kind of sport for example, like bowling, tennis etc. Working out to music is always more fun then just grinding away on a machine or endless walking, jogging etc. Ballroom dancing is hugely popular. Exercise classes are fun and challenging and you can do them on land or in water. Curves is a great workout for women and really does only take a half hour and you get strength training as well as cardio. Spark people has all kinds of exercise video shorts to do here. You don't have to do one big long workout. Just fit 7 to 10 minutes here and there. They have a lot of great ideas here. Check around to see what suits you!
