Work ruins everything

I hadn't posted a blog in a very long time. Actually I really haven't used Sparks in a while. So over the past 3 weeks I have really gotten back in the swing of working out. I started out on long walks with the dog, running around in on the track. Exercise TV and now once I got back I started hitting the gym again. I wasn't working so I was able to spend 2 hours 5 days a week at the gym and I loved it. Now I am back to work and my body is feeling some kind of way about it. I am tired my eating is thrown off and I haven't hit the gym in a couple of days. Work is slow, you know first week blues so it just drags...... I just a a granola bar and a clementine... Oh I could sure use a Red Bull....
