Today I still did not make the 7000 steps per day needed to get extra points on the virgin healthmiles website. I made it to the water class and walked during breaks and lunches. Don't know how I will get that many steps.
This week is customer service appreciation week. Yesterday the bosses gave us bananas, apples and donuts. There were quite a few bananas left so I thought that I would make some banana bread. I picked up 3. While I was away from my desk, someone put a grocery bag on my desk and there were 10 over ripe bananas on my desk. I thought about freezing them for a frozen treat, but I was nice and made banana bread. I will keep a few mini loaves for DH and I I, then the others will go to work with me tomorrow. I think I over worked my legs,so I am going to bed.
DH got his labs back. No diabetes. He is still fixing and eatting fruit and veggie salads!
