So I finished day two of my first week back to work. I haven't been doing so well on the exercising, nor getting to sleep early, but eating hasn't been so bad. So today I found myself with some time during a break so I took a 15 minute walk. That felt good. I think I need to just stay focused on finding that time and if it is not a full 30 minutes at once, at least it is something. I could probably do three 10-minute walks throughout the day if I go out at lunch. Let's hope I can! I need to get in the 4 days a week at least. I can do this!
