Insanity - Month 2

I thought I would start my very first blog with the hardest workout I've ever done so far. I've just started the second month of Insanity. Today was the Fit Test along with Max Interval Circuit. I did fairly well on my Fit Test, all of my numbers went up except for one which stayed the same. But when it came time for Max Interval Circuit, my body was just not having it.
I started getting a bit dizzy so I had to sit out for a good portion of it.
I'm thinking that i need to re-evaluate the foods I've been eating but I'm not sure where to start. I think I eat pretty well, but maybe I need to do more.
Here is what I ate today for example:
Breakfast: Chocolate Shakeology
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (with light mayo) and a handful of ranch rice cakes
Snack: Fiber One Bar (Oats & Chocolate) (which was DELICIOUS by the way)
WORKOUT (P90X Recovery Drink after workout)
Dinner: Small salad with boiled chicken and asparagus
Any ideas on what I could do???
