Amp up the workouts...

Yeah, I've got to do a lot more. I need to start acting like someone really concentrating on getting fit, not just a few days a week.
So, today I started the 200 sit-ups program and the 100 push-ups program - only I'm doing girl push-ups. When I get that down, I'll move to manly ones!!!
Add that to my regular weight lifting routine...my running (which by the by is very improved) and my good diet and we'll see what we come up with in four months!
Today I ran 2.5 miles on the treadmill at an average pace of 14:00...horrible. Came home and did two miles on the pavement at a 10:40 pace. MUCH BETTER....
