No success here

I feel like such a failure that I have lost my motivation and basically quit trying, again... How to you keep it up day after day on the quest to lose weight. I get so upset that I have to try so hard and it seems that I don't get anywhere. I have so many beautiful clothes that I can't wear anymore yet it wouldn't take much to get back into them. How do you keep going?

    First of all... how long have you been at this? Do you consider it a "diet" or a "lifestyle"? Are you "depriving" yourself... or eating in moderation? Are you exercising? I know that it takes some people much longer to show results than others (I'm one of the very slow ones!). But it CAN be done! I've been a SP for nearly 2 years... I've lost about 22 pounds, but MOST of that was in the first year. Almost none in almost a year... but that's okay. I'm not in a race! Any other time in my life I would have already gained it all back and more! Do NOT give up! EVER! Good luck!
