less than 10 to go

I am down 63 lbs now, less than 10 to hit my goal. Still playing with my diet, trying to see if I can maintain gluten-free AND be vegetarian. Iron got too low this summer so I had to add back some dairy and a few servings of beef a week. I hope I can stay healthy, keep losing weight, AND avoid the things I need and want to avoid. Had to start a headache preventative that causes weight gain and craving sweets. Just have to try to resist!! I am hitting the candy jar a bit too hard lately. Then compensate by giving up real food so I don't gain weight. Dumb I know.
Training for a half-marathon in November, and maybe doing some 5 or 10Ks along the way. Never would have imagined a year ago that I would be running for fun!
