It's amazing the amount of calories saved just by skipping soda. I know I am going to drink sweet tea later today, so I am going to be good. Maybe I'll get 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet. Nahh, lol. That's no fun.

Dinner is going to be Chinese food. Chicken and broccoli. Maybe I'll see if I can find some brown rice at the store so I don't have to eat white or fried rice.

Oh wait, I forgot I had a fruit snack in the middle of the night, lol.
