Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone is having a great morning!

I'm currently stuck at work and not much is going on, so I figured that I would write out a blog.

Everything seems to be going well. The scale has crept up in the past few weeks so I'm attempting to get back on track. I still want to lose 20 lbs. The good news is that even though the scale has been going up my pants size has been going DOWN!

I'm a little confused as to my real size, seeing as I haven't bought new pants in a while. I know that today I am wearing size 11 jeans and they are LITTERALLY FALLING OFF! and when we got new work uniforms I had to get a size 4 pants. :)

So thats good news. I am still currently trying to juggle work, moving, my new boy, and taking care of my doggies. Its a lot of work... I can't wait for the moving to be over seeing as I'm moving at a snails pace haha.

I am also finding it slightly difficult to balance healthy eating and being on the run. I always revert back to this bad "habit" and I hate it. I wish it was easier to feed myself lol. I live with my grandpa now and he's not big on cooking. For some strange reason he's turned off the oven to "save energy" haha. Whatever makes him happy, I just deal with it, his house, his rules. I just wish that someone would come up with a great idea for a "fast" food chain with LEGIT healthy options.

There is a place they just put in by my work that is called the Muscle Maker Grill, and we had it the other day... all I have to say is that its AMAZINGGGGG!!! They boast HEALTHY eating, protein shakes etc, steamed veggies, brown rice, etc. Its a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Everything is low- fat, no-fat, nothing is fried, everything is grilled, and the taste is A+++++. I love it. Buttttt.... I wish they listed out calories or other info on their meals, at this point you just have to kind of eye-ball the stuff and see what seems best.
