Back in the swing of things.

I am feeling good and getting back on track. I have to do this. There is no other way. I am tired of making excuses as to why I keep getting side tracked. I have come to the conclusion that if I can commit to my job, then being committed to my health has an even larger payout. I am doing good on getting to the gym. This weekend, I am going to find other ways to occupy down time and get in some extra physical activity. i.e. quick walk in the neighborhood, situps while watching TV,Turbo Jam Cardio & Strength Training w/ bands.

I have to power to make this happen. I have learned so much here on this site. I continue to read 2-3 articles a day in order to keep making life changes. NO DIETING! It is so much better to acknowledge that this is a life change and not a diet. And as far as weight loss - once I lose it, I sure as heck don't want to find it again. I am going to be shedding, not losing. When I first began my journey in March, I was able to lose 20 lbs by July. Since July, I have found 10 of those lbs back. In the last few weeks, I was able to shed 4 lbs.

Today, I am developing on my mantra. I read a really good article on SP about how to stay motivated and the importance of staying positive. My only problem is that I want it now. I have to learn patience on my journey. Otherwise, I will be setting myself up for failure. CAN'T LET THAN HAPPEN, NOT GOING TO LET THAT HAPPEN!

Lastly, going to get back to SPARK POWER Team. So team, here I come. On my way back.
