Making today count in memory of my mom...

Thursday, August 20, 2009

August 20, 1929 was the day my mom was born...she passed away on October 17, 1999. Had she lived we would be celebrating her 80th birthday intend to celebrate it by making today count toward improving my health...thus improving my life. She had wanted me to be healthy and happy...the last time she saw me I weighed my heaviest (404)...I believe she would be very pleased with how far I've come...I will be disiplined and determined today...I will not give in to temptations and I will stay focused...I will do this because God is all about me being well...I will do this for me...I will do this for my family...I will do this for my friends...and today I will remember to do well because my mom would want me to...she believed in me...I will believe in myself!

love yourself as god loves you unconditionaly for you are a beautiful person, as I am sure your mother smiles down apon you, and is your guardian helping you each step of the way.

The lord sais, " we are never given more than we can bare" and a master said "There are no mistakes, only lessons to learn" so may we learn every day and work towards making ourselves better in every way.

Keep up the good work, and don't do like I did, I stopped coming to sparks for 6 months and got no were. It really does make a difference being here for each other.
