    I like your attitude about not beating yourself up about having an "off" day.

    If you like pizza, try adding vegetables to pizza. Chopped onions, peppers, and tomatoes can bulk up a pizza you make yourself from pizza shells (or there is a decent recipe here on SP -- Jenny's Whole Wheat I think it's called). You can also make omelets and frittatas with lots of vegetables. Scramble up eggs with rice and chopped vegetables (add a bit of lean meat if you like too). The egg binds everything together and you can season it with lots of good herbs and spices. These are good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    Fruits -- since you don't like fruit salads, try blending frozen fruit with milk and yogurt for smoothies. For dessert, you can try cooked fruit. Warm up canned fruit canned in their own juices. Poached pears are nice. Add cinnamon and nutmeg (or apple pie spice) to make fruits like pie or cobbler. Crumble a little graham cracker or a vanilla wafer over it for a treat. If you find yourself wasting fresh fruit because you haven't got an appetite for it, go for canned fruit. It can sit on your pantry while you ponder and get into the groove of adding it to your menu.

    Having 2 fruits or vegetables with your breakfast is a good ways to knock some out. After eating my fruit in the morning, i cook and eat the rest of my breakfast 1/2 hour later. It makes you feel full.

    I too find that things like french fries and onion rings are really greasy! I am a pizza addict (I even like bad pizza, like the kinds they serve at school and the cardboard variety from the frozen foods sections of the grocers! emoticon ). But, instead of letting this turn into a habit, get back on the path. You can do it!

    I had a hamburger for lunch yesterday and boy was it good. Pizza still have it's appeal for me so when you said you had it, my mouth watered.. lol Have you tried smoothies for getting your fruit in? I'm glad to hear you are having better days. Keep up the great work. I intended to tell you that you looked good in your scarf yesterday. A regular fashion plate! Take care. emoticon
