LOL - Still hungry...

I don't think grazing is for me...that's how I ended up eating today and it left me feeling hungry all day at work! I seem to feel better is I can sit down to a substantial meal 3 times a day rather than eating here and there and never quite filling up my stomach. I'm still trying to work out a good lunch schedule that gives me time to walk AND eat, rather than leaving me eating while I work and then not really paying attention to what I'm eating...hmmmm...

But on the bright side, I'm grazing on the snacks I'm bringing rather than all the free chips and candy they have at work. I think it's been over a week now since I had any m&m's - or maybe I had them last week, but I think I had 6 - one of each color, and ate them one at a time. It satisfied my chocolate craving, that's for sure! I haven't needed any chocolate since then...

Going strong...and when I'm not going strong, I'm still going...

    Good for you on tapering off the M&M's. They were absolutely my worst downfall. But when I learned how much exercise I'd have to do to burn off that handfull of candy-- it just wasn't worth it. A friend told me they candy bar (or whatever) probably only last 1 minute...and then you get to exercise for how many hours--just to be back where you were before the M&M's? She was right -- and I quit. And you can't imagine how much $$ I've saved by not eating my standard 2 bags of M&M's & a Pepsi. Unbelieveable! Keep up the great work...you're on your way to a healthier, happier YOU!
