My Plan for the week

I seem to start off good for the week, but as it gets closer to the weekend something happens and my food choices get worse. So I'm writing a plan and checking the progress each day. I think this will help me get back on track all week instead of part of the week. So here is my plan for the week:
1. Make good food choices everyday this includes the weekends.
2. Zumba on Tuesday, Friday, and maybe Saturday.
3. Strength train Monday and Wednesday.
4. Walk or ride bike 3x's this week
5. Avoid going out to eat and if I do go out to eat make a plan on what i'm going to eat before I go.
