I am so glad you enjoyed your hike! The spice turmeric is great for inflammation from walks/hike like that, too. It's used in curry powder, but you can find it in capsule form too.
I am glad you're looking forward to your week, I am too. I will skip with my walking, since hopping and jumping hurt a little to much (Today's Quick Fire Challenge.)
