Gearing up for the week

What a wonderful weekend! The weather was great and I was able to get out and enjoy some time with my kids. We played some soccer, went on a hike, and just had fun. I decided to get the whole weeks menu planned out on paper so that I was ready to go and not come home one night and have the urge to eat out. I planned all 7 meals to be clean eating and am really excited to try out some new recipes.

Looking forward to a great weekend and getting off to a great start.

    I plan out my meals for the week, every week and it saves a lot of money, time and calories-no more "Ugh, I don't know what to make cor dinner, let's get pizza!" :) It's made all the difference! I hope it works well for you!
