You do have to start slowly and get used to the idea of watching your calories, exercising etc. After a while it will become second nature. With your husband joining in, you should be good to go! I really am faithful to my Nutrition Tracker as I would be lost without it. I plan to always use it and never miss tracking a single day. It keeps me accountable!
