What a Weekend??? OMG

Sunday, August 16, 2009

The weekend was better than I thought it would be! I was not expecting much results or at least not good ones but I was suprised. I have been busy all week flowing over into the weekend to the point were I was not exercising like usual or counting calories but that didn't ruin my spirit or weekend. So with my weigh-in day being Sunday I jumped on the scale think the worst since it was that womenly time of the month and I was not eating and exercising like usual to get on the scale and weigh-in at 249.8 lb with a loss of 4.2 lb. So the bloating and not eating and exercising didn't effect my progress but that just lets me know that I need to do even better next week to have the same result if not better.

But that is not all that has me at a WOW this as most plus size females we shop in specialty stores like Lane Bryant in which my all my cloths come from. Well I have been measuring my progress also by the sizing I am going down in LaneBryant cloths in which the last time I bought something I was in a size 18/20 which went down from a 22/24. So with all that being said Old Navy had a sale on denim jeans for $19.99, and with all of my jeans being to big I figured why not go and see if I could find me some jeans in Old Navy with the mineset that I probably want find any because although I am lossing weight I have alot of curves in which Old Navy has not catered to in the past but what the heck.

OMG I can fit an Old Navy size 18 with some room left for enough confort...a Sista is on cloud 9

What A Weekend??? 4.2 lbs down and and Old Navy size 18 bottom and XL top....

Awesome, awesome! Old Navy jeans use to be my goal jeans but then they started carrying plus sizes in some stores. Congratulations on the great loss. I want to be that surprised this week. Keep at it and you'll reach that goal in no time.
