Well, it's been a busy weekend, and it's only Sunday morning! Today's goals include Mass, Lector Training, grocery shopping, food prep, laundry, trip to the park and rearrange my room. The way it's set up now, I don't have enough room to exercise using the online videos - to exercise, I need to go into the loft, but then I can't follow the online stuff. I thought about moving my computer into the loft, but then it will be too cramped in there and I don't like having the computer and the TV next to each other. Since moving into this house, I've been trying to figure out how to set up my room so that I can have both an "office" and "sleeping" areas - it's large enough to accommodate both, but the ceiling slopes down (I'm on the top floor with an 'A' frame roof), so I'm still trying to work how to make it all flow together.
I'm hoping that once I've cleared out some more space for the "office", it can them become the "exercise" room as well! yeah! Then I won't have an excuse to not exercise...well, I'll have one less excuse! Back pain in the morning tends to be my number one, but I know from experience that stretching and doing pilates helps with the back pain, so the more I do those, the less pain I should have. I also dug out my old yoga vidoes - I've only ever tried one of the six-set (beginners), but I think I'll explore the relaxation and meditation videos this week.
