Half way through August~

I am befuddled that it is half way through August already, time is flying by so fast for some reason. I have been slacking the last two weeks first from the extreme heat then the rain and gray got to me. I have managed my exercises but not as much as I would have liked. I also have been trying to eat more calories according to what SP suggests and I have but have NOT lost any weight. One consolation is I have not gained any either. I am thinking I will cut back on the calories again and kick up the exercise. I had a at home not so social week last week but It will start being busy again starting tomorrow, with birthdays, walks, hikes etc. Some days I think I need a life and other days I would like to have more time~never satisfied I guess. I hope the sun makes a comeback soon as I am just about sick of cool gray. Have a great weekend and week and keep that spark going. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I agree... Where oh where has the month gone not to mention our summer? Time is flying by too quickly. Aren't you glad the sun has made that comeback? I know I am!

    Wendi, I fully understand. I have been busy with my new job so I have slacked off with my exercise a bit. We can do this! We will get through this and get back on the right track. Have a great week.

    Hi Wendi! You've been very busy this summer, and if I remember right you had a whole week where you were on the go every day!

    Before you cut back on your calories again, try kicking up the exercise first and see if your body will respond to that. Give you body time to adjust to the changes too. You've had some days with huge calorie deficiencies. It can be a pain sometimes to find that perfect balance between calories in and calories out. You don't want too big of a deficit.
