10 lb Challenge ~ August (Day 15)

Gotta love 10 lb challenges! Those are the months that I lose the least :) Haven't lost an ounce since I started and even managed to have the scale reflect unfavorably this morning (although I know it's just a normal fluctuation).
Today I have:
~ Done my cardio (20 mins stair/eliptical hybrid & 10 min walk)
~ Done my strength training
~ Eaten healthy.
Later I will:
~ Go to the bar and drink some beer.
So, I'm not perfect :) Give me a break!! Just being honest here!!
