Today I am pretty pleased because I did all my exercise. I did my strength training even though I was a little bit leery about my shoulder and I was happy that everything was fine. I did leave out the shoulder exercise though. Then I couldn't face the thought of going outside and dealing with the insects so I did 2 of the SP videos, the cardio kickboxing and the skipping. I really enjoyed both but holy man did the skipping ever get my heart rate up! I'm going to try that one again and if I do it consistently, I might reward myself with the for sale version.
