Yesterday I got a call to go see the physiotherapist who had a cancellation. I told her about the shoulder pain I had had for 10 years. It wasn't incapacitating, and I just assumed everyone has shoulder pain these days. The only reason I mentioned it was because it had been spreading to my elbow.

Well, the physiotherapist noticed I had a bump in my back that my shoulder blade had to move over whenever I moved my arm. She said it might be a rib that had popped out of its little socket. She pushed it back in and my shoulder pain is gone! It is truly amazing!

Went out for lunch today and had soup and burger. Delicious and probably lower cal than quesadilla I normally get.
