40/30/30 Attempt

So while I haven't attempted this long I've gotten close to the 40/30/30 thing and I don't like it. I have felt way more tired. I think my body prefers more carb and less fat... I haven't even been able to get myself to run once this week because once I get home I'm kind of in eat and relax mode.

I am just going back to focusing on overall calorie intake. :)

    I also totally noticed a huge increase in sodium when I tried to adjust to 40/30/30.

    I think with how active we both are, 40 is just too low on the carb end for sure.

    Protein is a hard one for me since I don't eat much meat unless B is cooking. I do it thru powder in the morning and after a run or something. The thru like lunch meat or egg beaters. I just have no desire to go home and cook something for myself normally.

    It's been hard for me too and I don't think it's doing me that much good. I need to focus on getting MORE fat than I was (I was eating way under my range), and making sure I get enough protien, but I'm not entirely sure 40/30/30 is for me either. Especially when I'm running a lot. Good luck finding what works for you... I'm there with ya.
