10 lb Challenge ~ August (Day 12)

Way to irk your nerves when you are really trying to lose weight!! I haven't dropped an ounce!! But I guess when you are lifting weights AND dieting, it's to be expected.
Day 12 of the 10 lb challenge...I've been drinking more beer lately. Light beer, but beer none the less, so I think that's affecting the drop. I may possibly not be eating enough too.
What will I do today?
~ Work out (I'm going to do a 2 mile run/1 mile walk)
~ Strength Training
~ Stay under 1800 calories (today I'm adding a few because...well...I'm going to indulge a bit)
Hope everyone else is doing well :) It's good to be home from Florida (where, even though I didn't lose, I sure didn't gain either!), but stinks to be at work.
I just want to go home.
