Well, the excitement is wearing off a bit and entering things is more of a chore. My bf just joined and he is really excited so that is helping me a lot right now. I really didn't feel like jogging this morning so I went for a walk instead. I ended up getting chased by bugs so ran part of the way anyways. Maybe there's something good about mosquitoes after all.

Am working really hard on trying to visualize how this can be a lifelong thing for me. I am definitely learning a ton about great recipes and what I can eat. Also I was trying to fit in 3 cardio sessions a week before SP so I'm really hoping that can become part of routine. That leaves the stretching and the strength training which I never really incorporated regularly before. Maybe I will aim to follow SP (i.e. entering everything daily) for a year and by then strength exercises might be as regular as breakfast. I guess I check my e-mail every day, why not my SP.
