Went to the doctor today but didn't get weighed, so have a few more days to get back on track. Am still over calories but getting better. I blame the boil water order on right now.

My attitude seems to be back to slow-and-steady from want-major-results-now so that's good. Also, did all my exercises which is v. important even though had terrible sleep last night. I really think this is a program I could maintain indefinitely with the right attitutde.

    Accepting the fact that it's better to go slowly has always been a problem for me, but I've finally learned to slow things down.

    Keeping calories in line is difficult, especially when working out and doing cardio. One thing I've definitely learned--when you fall of the wagon, just get back on. Don't berate yourself. We're just human. emoticon
