been a long time since i have posted a blog, and haven't been on sparks for a while, came back about 2 weeks ago, just so many things going on, some good some not,went on vacation had a awesome time,hen when i got home , most of you know i had a stroke, but i am doing really good, some times the memory is still a little slow,(but it has never been to fast before the stroke LOL)
well i gained weight, we wont mention how much but it isn't pretty:{ but now i am getting it off again,lost 5 lbs, but right now i want to eat,anything and everything, so i decided to put it on sparks hoping i wont eat if i feel held accountable by all of you, my dear friend passed away today,my heart is breaking and my first response is to go to the fridge (thank God it has nothing but healthy food in it LOL),My BIL is dieing of cancer, and i am helping take care of another friend who has cancer and it has went to her brain,she is one of my best friends,

I know so many people are struggling right now but i REALLY FEEL LIKE GOING ON A FOOD BINGE!!, BUT I KNOW IT WONT HELP, BUT i think i have already ate a pound of cherries, (yes i can over do a good thing :) so i am going for a walk, and i will let you know tomorrow how i did, but for now, i will not binge, i will not binge i will not binge, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon, I kid you not as i am writhing this the Ice cream man just went by, wow time to bind satan we have NEVER had the ice cream man up here, i did not chase him down i resisted :)God bless, share
