LOL too cute of a picture! Don't be too hard on yourself. Maybe sometime this week plan out your meals for the week-end, sometimes having a plan helps with those little indulges. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

Yep, that's how I feel. I regret every Monday what I did all weekend and today was no different. Its time to change that.

LOL Cute cartoon..I am bound to mess up any day of the week..today being one of them!! I'm on the verge of a meltdown today..I've eaten three different things today while I wasn't "truly" hungry..but I'm going to count them all as lunch and just STOP IT! Don't beat yourself up too bad about it..just keep going and you'll reach your goal! :-)

Wheww, I am not alone. I try to keep as busy as possible over the weekend but it doesn't always work. Have a good Monday despite the Monday morning regrets.

Oh man, I'm right there with you. Every Monday I say I'm going to do better, starting Friday night it's like I forget everything I said. Good to know I'm not the only one with Monday regrets.
