A month??

I can't believe it has been a month with no progress for me. I have gained and lost the same 3 or 4 pounds a couple of times in the month. I think I am currently up a pound or two over my last weigh in and I just can't get R done. I don't know what to do. I am stuck. REALLY stuck. ugh.

    I believe you do know what to do. Take a close look at what you've doing. What have you done correctly, what have you done that you could do better, what have done that has been totally not part of eating healthy and exercising. You have it within to to figure this out. We are here to help you, once you understand what is and isn't working. You can do this!

    Its a tough situation. I agree on drinking more water. Also, maybe tracking your food to see if there are any improvements you can make. Journaling my food really makes a big difference for me. Hope this helps. emoticon

    I think we all have this problem at one time or another. I was advised to up my water intake. So i drank at least 10 bottles of water. It worked! Hope this is helpful emoticon
