This is my first full day back on schedule! It has went great. The most important thing for me to remember is journal every day, drink 8 glasses of water and exercise. It really is easy! ........... I've got to keep telling myself that!

    We'll get back to Crunch Queen status in no time! (The chiro has insisted I do them with a therapy ball, a towel behind my neck and gripped in my hands, and with my elbows tucked into my chest. Long story. They're more difficult, that's for sure but my neck and shoulders don't hurt anymore!)

    Good for you honey!!
    My day was not so good....i was out all day and had Mcmuffin for breakfast with milk.....happy meal for lunch and a kfc for my dinner....none of which was very nice...
    You did a great job! Well Done on getting back on the faulty wagon!!!
